Trailer Tips:
If you have trouble downloading/playing the trailer please try the following solutions:
Make sure Apple QuickTime is installed. It must be QuickTime 5 or newer. To find out if it is installed go here
If it isn't installed correctly download it here
If it is definitely installed correctly and the trailer still won't play try the direct media link.
Still no luck?? PLEASE tell us as many of the following facts as you know to help us fix the problem. Computer type (Mac or Windows), processor speed, amount of ram, browser version, QuickTime version, internet speed/type (dial up, broadband), and what the error you are getting says or what the problem is. We will respond as quickly as possible and give you any more instructions to help fix the problem, if it is on our end we will attempt to remedy it.
